The five-day booking
The Orthopaedic Research Society holds its 2027 annual meeting at Moscone West from 19 to 23 February 2027. The society puts exhibitors on the floor from 20 to 22 February. It states that exhibitors will connect with approximately 2,300 orthopaedic researchers.
Move-in runs Friday 19 February, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The hall opens at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday 20 February and at 10 a.m. on Sunday 21 and Monday 22. Move-out runs Monday 22 February, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The organiser marks the exhibit schedule tentative.
The last measured edition
The society published the output of its 2026 meeting. That edition ran 27 to 31 March 2026 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The society states it drew more than 2,000 attendees, with 332 podium talks, 2,010 posters and 11 Spotlight Talks.
Those four figures belong to one edition. They are the last measured numbers on the society's record.
Three February editions
The society's future meetings page dates the next two editions. ORS 2028 runs 11 to 15 February 2028 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. ORS 2029 runs 2 to 6 February 2029 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.

The venue's FAQ states there are over 20,000 hotel rooms within walking distance of The Moscone Center. Its book-event page states that more than two-thirds of the city's 34,000 hotel rooms sit within walking distance, and that San Francisco Travel Association books every event at the centre.
Day inventory on the shelf
Dayuse's San Francisco list returned 40 hotel records on 17 October 2026. Starting rates read $85 at Hotel Bijou near Union Square, $91 at The Mosser Hotel, $144 at Hotel Zelos San Francisco and $152 at Hotel Zetta San Francisco. The list carries airport properties in South San Francisco and East Bay hotels, so the 40 is a platform list and not a city total.
The platform's filters offer 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. windows. Either window covers the hours before the 9:30 a.m. Saturday door.
What the organiser does not publish
No 2027 room block, block rate or cut-off date appears on the annual meeting page or the exhibitor page. The venue feed carries no attendance forecast for the booking, so the 2,300 figure rests on the organiser's exhibitor page.
