PASIC 2026 runs November 11 to November 14 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue. November 11 is a Wednesday and November 14 is a Saturday, so the convention takes four nights from mid-week into the weekend.
The venue forecasts 5,200 attendees. That forecast equals 73.2 percent of downtown Indianapolis’s 7,100 hotel rooms. The Percussive Arts Society reports “Over 7,800 people attended PASIC in 2025.” That count belongs to the 2025 edition.
Three straight 9 AM to 5 PM show days
The Expo Hall holds 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The organiser publishes the window on its schedule page, and the PAS Gift Shop carries the same three days and the same hours. The Music Tech Petting Zoo runs 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM across the same three days.
The registration desk carries a wider clock. It opens Wednesday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, then runs Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Wednesday evening window is the first on-site badge pickup.
Four evening concerts follow the show floor, all on the Mainstage. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday start at 8:00 PM. Saturday starts at 6:00 PM.
The days either side
The venue’s event calendar carries the surrounding weeks. The National Science Teaching Association Fall Convention runs November 4 to 7 with a 4,000 forecast, and the Monumental Health and Fitness Expo runs November 6 with 20,000. The Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference and Trade Show runs November 8 to 10 with 600. The IU Health Leadership Development Institute runs November 10 with 2,200.
November 10 is the Tuesday before the Wednesday registration open. The healthcare engineering conference and the leadership institute close out the days ahead of PASIC, and their published forecasts total 2,800.
The following week carries ASHA’s 2026 Annual Convention, November 19 to 21 with a 13,500 forecast.
The 4,700 skywalk rooms
The venue’s footer states 4,700 rooms connect to the Center via climate-controlled skywalks. Downtown Indianapolis holds 7,100 hotel rooms. The connected count is 66.2 percent of the total, and 2,400 rooms sit outside the skywalk system.
The housing block carries the property-level detail. Seven of its sixteen properties publish a direct indoor link in their own description. The block also holds an inventory window that runs November 8 through November 16. Fifteen of the sixteen records close booking on November 2, and The Westin Indianapolis closes November 11.
The group request window closed September 18
The housing gateway publishes a second route for ten rooms or more. Its group request form carries a request deadline of September 18, 2026 and a publish date of March 24, 2026. The form names MCI USA as the event owner.
The form states its own handling rule. It instructs a group to enter the number of rooms needed per night and to enter 0 for a night with no rooms required. It adds that a comparable hotel will be substituted when a preferred property is unavailable.
The daytime window inside the block
Day-use inventory sells against the clock of the day. On this block the show floor holds 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Thursday through Saturday, and the registration desk runs to 8:00 PM on Thursday. The Wednesday registration window opens at 5:00 PM, ahead of the first full show day.
The block’s inventory window covers November 8 through November 16, and the venue counts 4,700 skywalk rooms against 7,100 downtown rooms. Both figures are the operator’s planning basis for the four nights.
