ZERO TO THREE brings its LEARN Conference to the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, on Oct. 27, 28 and 29, 2026. The venue card lists Hall A for Oct. 28 and 29.
The cap and its single source
The organiser's FAQ answers the size question in one line: "Space is limited to 2,500." Passes stay on sale until they sell out.
That line is the only volume figure on the conference page, the schedule, the FAQ and the venue card. No pass count, pickup report or attrition term appears on those pages.
Two days in the building
Wednesday opens with coffee at 7:30 a.m. and a plenary at 9 a.m. Three concurrent blocks run 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., 1 to 2 p.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. A research plenary closes the day at 4 to 5 p.m.
Thursday repeats the grid with a policy plenary at 9 a.m. and the keynote at 4 p.m. The conference adjourns at 5 p.m.
Every delegate sits in the building from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days. The lunch break runs 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and counts as the one release inside the day.
Where the nights land
A delegate attending the two core days sleeps Tuesday and Wednesday nights. That is two nights and a Thursday evening release.
The four Tuesday pre-conference forums each cost $245 and run 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A forum seat puts the arrival on Monday night, and the stay becomes three nights.
The cap as room nights
2,500 delegates at two nights is 5,000 room nights. The same cap at three nights is 7,500. Both figures are ceilings built from the organiser's own number.
The organiser holds no block for this conference. The FAQ says hotel blocks will be shared as they become available, and the hotels page reads "while our hotel blocks are no longer available", with no reserved rooms and no negotiated rate.
The fee ladder
Regular registration runs to Oct. 26 at $550 for members and $650 for non-members. Onsite registration opens Oct. 27 at $580 and $680. Groups of five or more take $50 off each registration. The $245 forum includes a networking lunch and 5 contact hours.
Today is Oct. 24. Two days remain on the regular rung.
What goes on the revenue sheet
Six published items: the 2,500 cap, the two-night floor, the third night behind the forum, the Thursday 5 p.m. release, the 90-minute lunch window and the fee ladder.
Three items stay unpublished: the pass count, the pickup report and any attrition term. Ask the organiser for the count before the ceiling becomes a forecast.
