The opening and the inventory it adds
Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences has opened in Madinat Al Irfan, the district in Oman's capital that holds the LA VIE development and its golf course. Hotel News Resource carries the item under a 28 September 2026 date. The property is Tivoli Hotels & Resorts' fourth in the Middle East, under Minor Hotels.
The name carries a hotel and residences. The brand's rooms page lists 21 serviced apartments beside the 79 rooms and suites. A second brand page states 101. The release publishes no apartment count.
The keys the release counts
The release lists 15 Superior Rooms and 41 Deluxe Golf View Rooms of 40 square metres each, and 10 Junior Golf View Suites of 60 square metres. It adds nine rooms with terraces over the golf course, eight further Junior Golf View Suites with balconies, three One Bedroom Golf View Suites of 66 square metres and a Two Bedroom Presidential Suite of 160 square metres.
Those entries exceed 79 when read as separate categories. The release does not mark which entries sit inside another.
In-room fittings named in the release are Dyson technology, SMEG machines, Amouage bathroom amenities and Läderach chocolate turndown treats.
The inventory a day-use programme sells
A serviced apartment carries a kitchen and a workspace, and both sell by the hour. The first Anantara Spa in Muscat sells treatments by the day. The rooftop infinity pool is the longest in the capital, measured at 72 metres on the brand's own site. Technogym fitness facilities and three further meeting rooms sit on the property.
The golf course adds a second daytime product. Guests play 18 holes on the Troon-managed course designed by Paul Thomas, and the property carries the country's sole Toptracer facility.
The release publishes no day rate, no hourly rate and no minimum stay for any of these spaces. A day-use programme on the property starts from the amenity block, and the rate card stays with the operator.
The dining and the ballroom
Four venues are open. S O L É serves Mediterranean cooking, and the adjoining S O L É Lounge covers daytime refreshments. Nineteenth Sports Bar and Cigar Vault overlooks the fairway. SEEN by Olivier da Costa occupies the rooftop and is the first SEEN by Olivier location in the Middle East. Benihana and The Coffee Club arrive later this year.
For meetings, the Juman Ballroom holds up to 520 guests on an 18-by-7-metre high-definition screen. It fronts the 10th hole of the LA VIE Country Club course.
The Muscat market the brand enters
The release describes the property as the brand's fourth in the region. It does not name the other three. The meetings and golf inventory points at the same demand pool as the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, which the brand's own pages place ten minutes by road, and at Muscat International Airport on the same drive.
Where the day-use read stops
Dayuse runs city pages across 29 countries and publishes no Oman city page. Its Muscat address returns the platform's generic shell. hotelSlots covers 46 United States states and reads no Oman city. Neither platform prices a room at the property, so the Muscat day rate rests on the operator.
