The Ladder
Four admission tiers are on sale for Time To Drive, each carrying Tier 2 in its own name. Day One costs $75 and covers Saturday 7 November. Day Two costs $75 and covers Sunday 8 November. Two Day Full Access costs $125. The Grail VVIP Pass costs $1,150 and covers 6-8 November.
Fees sit on top of each price: $4.99 on a ticket, $29.99 on a VVIP pass, $1.99 on an add-on. Every admission tier caps at 10 per order.
What Each Tier Buys
Day One and Day Two each cover one festival day and the panels listed in that day's description. Two Day Full Access covers both days and every panel session. The Grail pass adds the Friday Driver's Seat track day, the VVIP ClubHaus with food, cocktails, cigars and coffee, and access to every meet and greet.
Five sessions are sold as add-ons. Four cost $75: Patrick Long at 4:00 PM Saturday, The Smoking Tire at 5:00 PM Saturday, Felipe Nasr at 1:00 PM Sunday and Spike's Car Radio at 5:00 PM Sunday. The Larry Chen photography masterclass costs $50 and runs 10:00 AM Sunday.
The Counters, Read 21 October
The catalogue publishes a remaining count on every line. Day One shows 305. Day Two shows 405. Two Day shows 1,414. The Grail shows 313.
Prepaid parking carries the lowest count. A pass costs $100 a day, and the catalogue shows 67 left for Saturday and 13 left for Sunday.
The FAQ carries its own demand line: "Capacity is limited, so we recommend buying early." The policy block states that all ticket sales, passes and VIP access packages are final, strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Three Days, Two Doors
Friday 6 November belongs to the Driver's Seat at The Concours Club, a separate motorsport facility. It starts at 5:30 PM. Registration runs through the 0260 app for VVIP guests holding a redeemed Grail pass. Places are first come, first served and limited to 150 guests. An application does not guarantee a place.
Saturday and Sunday doors run 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM at Mana Wynwood, 318 NW 23rd Street. Sunday adds a 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Cars and Coffee window for car clubs and VVIP guests. Re-entry is not allowed.
The Daytime Block to Price
A single-day ticket holds a guest inside a nine-and-a-half-hour window. Price a daytime block against the 10:00 AM door and the 7:30 PM close.
Sunday splits into two arrival pools. The 7:00 AM window serves car clubs and VVIP guests. The general door opens three hours later. Hold the early inventory for the first pool.
Thirteen prepaid parking passes remain for Sunday against 67 for Saturday. Check the property's own parking count before quoting a Sunday day room.
The ticket terms bar a change of day. A buyer cannot move a Saturday ticket to Sunday, so the split between the two days is set at purchase.
The Operator Ledger
Three catalogue figures belong on a revenue desk's sheet: 305 Saturday single-day tickets, 13 Sunday parking passes and 313 Grail passes.
The Grail pass decides who arrives on the Friday. Registration for the Driver's Seat requires a redeemed Grail pass, and the field caps at 150 places. Sunday carries the earliest published start of the weekend at 7:00 AM, a second arrival pool at 10:00 AM and the lowest parking count at 13.
manawynwood.com/events/ prints a $65 floor against the festival and dates it Fri, Nov 6, 6:00 PM. The catalogue's lowest admission price is $75, and the organiser dates the main festival 7-8 November.
