Cambridge House opens reservations ahead of a February 2027 opening
Reuben Brothers and Auberge Collection have opened reservations at Cambridge House, Auberge Collection, at 94 Piccadilly in Mayfair. The hotel opens on 1 February 2027. Bookable arrivals begin on 1 April 2027. Rates start at £1,250 on a room-only basis.
The property is Auberge Collection's first hotel in the United Kingdom. It sits inside Reuben Brothers' £1 billion regeneration of 1.3 acres of the Piccadilly Estate.
Two months separate the opening date from the first stay
Both dates sit in the same announcement. The hotel opens on 1 February 2027. The booking calendar takes arrivals from 1 April 2027. The announcement gives no reason for the interval, so February is an opening statement.
Etienne Haro, managing director of Cambridge House, said the team anticipates welcoming its first guests from February.
A Grade I-listed mansion with 102 rooms
The announcement describes a 102-room hotel and residences. The building is a Grade I-listed Georgian mansion commissioned by the 2nd Earl of Egremont in 1756. It was later associated with the Duke of Cambridge. The Naval and Military Club occupied it from 1865 to 1999.
Jean-Louis Deniot oversaw the hotel and guest spaces. Laura Gonzalez designed the signature bar, the wellbeing floors and the members club.
Major's takes the restored ballroom
The restaurant is Major's, a concept from Major Food Group, whose other brands include Carbone and Torrisi. It occupies the restored Georgian ballroom and courtyard. The menu covers British ingredients, seafood, caviar, meat, fish and game. The bar list carries 10 martini variations.
Three floors of wellbeing
The wellbeing area spans three floors. The announcement names hydrotherapy facilities, a heated swimming pool, six treatment rooms, a circular relaxation lounge with a fire pit, a gym, studios, wet and heat rooms and a bathhouse. A members club opens later in 2027. Restaurants, bars and private rooms are available for events.
The day-use question the announcement leaves open
The announcement publishes no day-use rate, no hourly window and no day-pass price. Three floors of pool, hydrotherapy, gym and treatment rooms hold the inventory a daytime programme needs. Whether Auberge sells access by the hour is open.

What the announcement does not publish
Four items remain open. The release quotes one entry rate, with no suite rate and no residence rate. It gives no opening date for Major's, the bar or the wellbeing floors. It places the members club in 2027 without a month. It records the two-month interval and gives no reason for it.
Auberge Collection opened Collegio alla Querce in Florence and The Woodward in Geneva in 2025. It lists Domaine des Etangs in France and Grace Hotel in Santorini among its European properties. It plans The Knox in Dallas for 2027. Earlier this year it launched Auberge Safari across nine properties in Tanzania.
