The ladder in three steps
Entry to the Miami Grit Classic costs $190 through Monday 2 November 2026. The price moves to $200 the next day and to $210 for a registration taken at the event. Team entry carries no charge, and the organiser gives a gift leotard to every registered athlete.
The organiser sets the refund cut-off on the same date. A team that withdraws after 2 November 2026 holds no refund right and can substitute. Substitutions run to Wednesday 6 January 2027, subject to availability at the requested level. A medical note carries a 50 percent refund to that date. Card payment adds a 3.5 percent surcharge.
Two dates carry the demand read. November 2 shows how many teams commit at the standard price. January 6 shows how many hold their place through the substitution window.
A sold-out field is the printed base case
The 2027 page repeats one line in the body and again in the dates panel. Last year's event sold out, and the organiser recommends early registration on that basis. The page publishes no field size, no attendance figure and no per-day split.
Four competition dates run Friday 12 February to Monday 15 February 2027 in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. The meet covers levels 1 to 10 and six Xcel divisions. The 2026 results page lists sixteen division files. Admission and parking prices sit at TBA for 2027.
The dated results links put the 2026 meet on 6 February and the 2025 meet on 31 January. Both carry a Friday start, and the 2027 open falls on a Friday.
Four nights, two arrival shapes
A full field books four nights against a Friday start and a Monday close. A Thursday 11 February arrival holds Thursday through Sunday and clears on the closing day. A Friday arrival holds Friday through Monday and clears on Tuesday 16 February. Both shapes put four room nights on the grounds.
The meet holds 113,521 square feet of hall space across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and Edwards Hall, from the venue's published building dimensions. The organiser publishes no athlete count against that floor.
Session times stay unpublished. The page prints a schedule-to-be-announced line for each of the four days. A property holding group space sets breakfast covers and shuttle times from its own projection.
The block sits with one operator
The organiser routes the meet's housing block to Team Travel Source, with a Book or Hold Rooms link beside the partner page. The organiser states that the partner secured the best rooms at the lowest rates for the event.
The partner's page states that rates on the event are based on demand and subject to change, and that the event does not qualify for the lowest-rate guarantee. Room rates sit behind the booking system. No property is named on either page, and the organiser puts 100 or more hotels and restaurants near the venue with two international airports inside the hour.
Same three nights, second cohort
The Miami Winter International Open 2027 takes the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion from 12 to 14 February, on the same grounds and across the same weekend. The pavilion holds 49,000 square feet and about 6,920 people of published building capacity. A second athlete cohort bids for rooms across three of the four nights.
The weekend before carries its own compression. The Tri-County Volleyball Challenge holds Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille on 6 and 7 February, one week ahead of the gymnastics arrival.
What to watch
The registration count is the line to track. The organiser publishes no attendance figure and no per-day split, so a nightly forecast rests on the four-night span and the sold-out line.
The 2 November step gives the first hard signal. Read the count against the price tier that drew it. A count that lands at $190 supports the four-night case. A count that waits for the $200 tier leaves fewer weeks of booking lead time before the substitution window closes on 6 January 2027.
