The 75th edition of The Youth Fair runs 21 open days between 18 March and 11 April 2027 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition grounds, 10901 Coral Way. The organiser publishes an opening time for every date in the run. It publishes no admission price for any of them.
For a daytime rooms desk the gate ladder is the usable fact. Thirteen dates open at noon. Eight open at 4 PM. Four carry the word CLOSED.
The gate ladder
The Schedule page lists all 25 calendar dates in the run with an opening time against each one.
The noon dates are 20 to 28 March, 3 and 4 April, and 10 and 11 April. The 4 PM dates are 18 and 19 March, 31 March, 1 and 2 April, and 7, 8 and 9 April.
Closing follows the weekday. Sunday to Thursday reads "Front Gate closes at 10 PM or later, if necessary". Friday and Saturday reads 11 PM or later. The same block adds that closing times vary.
What a 4 PM gate leaves open
The grounds stay empty for the morning and early afternoon of every 4 PM date. A Friday or Saturday gate at 4 PM runs to 11 PM or later, which is seven hours on the property.
The thirteen noon starts run to 10 PM or 11 PM. Those dates hold the whole daytime block on the grounds.
The eight 4 PM dates leave a morning window. The thirteen noon dates leave an evening window. Both are set by the published calendar.
Five field-trip mornings inside the 4 PM set
Field trips run 9 AM to 1 PM on five dates: Friday 19 March, Friday 2 April, Wednesday 7 April, Thursday 8 April and Friday 9 April. Admission is free for students, teachers and chaperones from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
All five sit on dates whose public gate opens at 4 PM. A coach cohort holds the grounds from 9 AM, and public entry starts seven hours later.
The field-trip page prices an unlimited-ride wristband at $15 per person, on sale from 27 November 2026.
Twenty-five dates, twenty-one open
The four closures are Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 March, and Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 April.
The open set forms three blocks: eleven consecutive days from 18 to 28 March, five days from 31 March to 4 April, and five days from 7 to 11 April.
Every open date is a Wednesday through Sunday apart from two, Monday 22 March and Tuesday 23 March.
By weekday the open set holds four Thursdays, four Fridays, four Saturdays, four Sundays, three Wednesdays, one Monday and one Tuesday. The four Saturdays are 20 and 27 March, and 3 and 10 April. The four Sundays are 21 and 28 March, and 4 and 11 April. All eight open at noon.
A Saturday runs from a noon gate to a front-gate close of 11 PM or later, eleven hours at the minimum. A Sunday runs from noon to 10 PM or later, ten hours at the minimum. The 4 PM openings leave six hours to the 10 PM line and seven to the 11 PM line.
One attendance figure for the whole run
The About page carries a single audience number: "In 2025, more than 500,000 guests attended the annual event." The same page places the fair among the top 35 fairs in North America, describes a 21-day event and counts 80-plus rides.
No page read for this piece divides that total by day, by weekday or by weekend. No 2027 figure appears on any of them.
Divided across 21 open days, the 2025 total gives 23,809 guests a day. The division assumes a flat daily curve, and the organiser publishes no curve.
No gate price on the tickets page
The Tickets page renders a heading reading "WE'LL BE BACK WITH SOMETHING BIG" above a newsletter sign-up. It carries no price, no tier and no on-sale date.
Four sibling pages carry the same heading: Discounts and Deals, Know Before You Go, Frequently Asked Questions, and the Autism Friendly Sensory Room.
Ten mapped properties inside 4.5 km
OpenStreetMap holds ten hotel records within 4.5 km of the grounds, eight of them named. The nearest is Comfort Suites Miami Kendall at 2.26 km, then Courtyard Miami at Dolphin Mall at 3.91 km and DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral at 4.54 km. Those distances are straight-line.
The fair's navigation carries no lodging page. No page read carries a hotel list, a room block, a cut-off date or a room-night count.
What the venue calendar carries around the run
The Fair Expo Center calendar lists no booking on the four dark dates. Its entries step from the fair record, dated 18 March to 11 April 2027, to an exhibits check-out in Arnold Hall on 15 April and Maker Faire Miami in the Fuchs Pavilion from 16 to 18 April.
What the calendar supports today
The published base is 21 gate days inside a 25-night window that opens 18 March and closes 12 April, eight 4 PM starts, eight weekend days on a noon start, one annual attendance figure and one $15 wristband price.
Three figures stay open: the 2027 gate price, a per-day attendance split and a 2027 attendance forecast.
Two questions for the operator
Price the eight 4 PM dates as morning inventory and the thirteen noon dates as evening inventory. Track the five field-trip mornings as their own set, because the gate opens to a coach cohort at 9 AM.
Ask the organiser for a per-day attendance split and the 2027 gate price. Those two numbers turn the calendar into a compression forecast, and neither is on a page today.
