Four consecutive nights land on the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds in February 2027. The Living Proof Miami Crusade runs Sunday 7 February through Wednesday 10 February, with a 6:30 PM Eastern start and a 5:30 PM door. The venue's own events calendar carries the same four dates, marks the booking "Grounds" and gives the nightly window as 6:30 PM to 9 PM.
Two tournament weekends sit on either side of those nights on the same campus. The four nights form one part of a nine-date demand run. Price the run.
Nine booked dates in a ten-date span
The venue's February 2027 calendar gives the shape. Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February carry the Tri-County Volleyball Challenge across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. Sunday 7 through Wednesday 10 February carry the crusade on the Grounds. Friday 12 through Sunday 14 February carry the Miami Winter International Open 2027 in the Fuchs Pavilion. Friday 12 through Monday 15 February carry the Miami Grit Classic across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille.
Nine of the ten dates from Saturday 6 February to Monday 15 February carry a booking. Thursday 11 February is the only date in the span with none.
Two bookings on four of the dates
Count the rows per date. Saturday 6 February holds one, the volleyball opening. Sunday 7 February holds two, the volleyball close and the crusade opening. Monday 8, Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 February hold one each. Thursday 11 February holds none. Friday 12, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February hold two each, and Monday 15 February holds one.
Sunday 7 February is the date that carries a tournament close and a crusade opening together. The overlap sits on the venue calendar before a property sets a rate.
No count published for the four nights
Admission is free and all are welcome, per the crusade page. Seating is first-come, first-served, stated in the FAQ beside the door time. The page carries no attendance figure and no capacity figure. The venue calendar carries no forecast on any February row.
A property cannot size this booking from a registration count, because no registration step exists. A rate for the four nights rests on the calendar span and on the pattern of the other bookings.
The shoulders carry the stay
A volleyball team on the floor for a Saturday 6 February morning needs the Friday 5 February night. A crusade guest staying all four services needs Sunday through Wednesday and leaves on Thursday 11 February. A tournament party arriving ahead of a Friday 12 February opening needs Thursday 11 February, the one night inside the run with no campus booking.
Three of those nights sit outside the four the ministry publishes. A rate set for Sunday to Wednesday leaves Friday 5, Saturday 6 and Thursday 11 unpriced inside the same demand run.
The Miami Grit Classic's calendar runs to Monday 15 February. A team working that closing day needs the Monday night and a Tuesday 16 February checkout.
Scale language from the venue
Fair Expo Center describes its booking range as a small seminar for 50 to a festival with 50,000 visitors. The venue hosts more than 70 events a year outside the Youth Fair's 21 spring days. The Youth Fair runs 18 March to 11 April 2027, so these February bookings sit in the rental season.
The venue's rental facilities page gives 86 acres. Its grounds page gives "this 80-acre facility", 22 acres of asphalt and 400 recreational-vehicle hookups. Quote one figure with its own page when the acreage matters.
What the ministry does not publish
No room block, no group rate, no booking code and no cut-off date appear on the ministry domain. The crusade page carries one lodging field, a search query for hotels near 10901 Coral Way Miami FL 33165. The venue address is 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami, Florida 33165.
A property that wants the four nights publishes its own terms. The dates are fixed and public. The count is unpublished. The shoulders are visible to anyone who reads the venue's February rows.
The block is the unit. Nine booked dates on one campus: four crusade nights, six tournament days and 7 February in both. Set one rate across the nine dates and keep Thursday 11 February inside the window.
