Revinate launched Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault and a new version of Revinate Chat on 14 October 2026. Revinate describes the set as hospitality’s first data activation platform. That category claim is the company’s own. All three products are available now. The release carries no price, no term and no named customer property.
What each product does
Revinate Pathways runs automated guest journeys across email and SMS. The journeys fire on guest events including booking, check-in, birthdays and abandoned carts, and they branch on how each guest responds. Consent controls govern the SMS sends. Revinate Insights reports the room nights, reservations and outlet spend each journey drove. Revinate states that WhatsApp will join Pathways by the end of this year.
Revinate Vault holds a hotel’s property and brand information in one place. Hotels upload their own documents, from spa hours to cancellation policies, and Ivy reads them and fills in the details. At launch Vault powers Revinate Chat. Revinate states that Vault will next hold the settings Pathways runs on, and then extend to Feedback and Reservation Sales.
Revinate Chat answers guest questions from the property’s own Vault content. Revinate states that Chat resolves up to 80% of routine guest questions automatically. The version released this week connects Chat to Pathways, so a chat link in a pre-arrival or welcome message, SMS included, opens the channel when a question comes up. Every question adds to the guest profile.
Revinate first announced Chat at HITEC 2026 in June.
The data layer underneath
Revinate Core runs the identity work. Revinate states that Core resolves records from hundreds of integrated systems into Rich Guest Profile data covering 1.25 billion guest profiles. A synthetic data engine sits on that record and learns from guest behaviour.
David Stephens, chief technology officer of Revinate, describes the order of operations.
“AI is only as smart as the data it runs on,” Stephens said. “Point a generic AI model at duplicated, scattered hotel records and it guesses. With our hospitality-specific AI model, we resolve identity first. A guest who books a room, a table, and a spa treatment is one guest in Revinate, not three.”
What the platform returns, on the company’s numbers
Ivy also powers Call Scoring, which scores reservation calls automatically. Revinate states that Call Scoring gives supervisors back more than 30 hours a month, and that review-reply suggestions save hoteliers 200 hours in the first month. Segment building, campaign creation and insight surfacing come next, on the company’s account. Each figure is the vendor’s own and carries no published method.
The AI return figures the release cites
The release cites h2c’s AI Opportunity Study 2026 for two numbers. It reports that 91% of hotel chains use AI and that 13% report a measurable return on investment so far. The study page, dated 1 October 2026, reads 91% of participating hotel chains already use AI and 13% report measurable ROI. The sample is 122 responses from 113 unique hotel chains, with no weighting by chain size.
Revinate sets its own customer figure beside those numbers. The release states that 60% of Revinate customers report an ROI of 20X or more on the platform. No independent audit accompanies that figure.
The study page carries the barriers beside the adoption rate. A lack of AI skills or training is the leading barrier at 56% of respondents, and vendor-provided AI solutions are the primary approach for 31% of chains, up from 21% in 2025. The page names eight sponsors: Apaleo, Aven Hospitality, Busy Rooms, Cendyn, dailypoint, D-EDGE, Shiji and Sirma Travel & Hospitality. Revinate appears nowhere on that list.
Christin Haensel, a director at h2c, writes on the same page that the findings underline the strategic role of hotel-technology vendors.
Koehler on the outcome focus
Bryson Koehler, chief executive of Revinate, frames the launch inside the company’s history. “For 17 years, we’ve helped hotels clean up and unify their guest data,” he said. “Today, we advance those foundational capabilities with a greater focus on automated outcomes. Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and Revinate Chat put what a hotel knows about its guests and its properties to work in the moments that decide a booking, and they get sharper every time a guest responds.”
